‘Claire and I have worked on a 13-part series for television over the last year called ‘Chocolate Covered’. Claire hasn’t just been the presenter and the expert chef; she has contributed very significantly to the series’ content. It has been a pleasure to work with her and her unfailing professionalism and good humour has made a difficult task much easier.

I hope that this series launches her on to the world stage as a major player in “TV-chef land” – she utterly deserves it!
She is not only my professional collaborator, I count her now amongst my friends. She is a lovely person and a supreme professional.’
